Who Is Jezeiyn Naidoo?
Jezeiyn Naidoo is a multi-portfolio entrepreneur and corporate strategist working at the intersection of technology, social impact, and cultural enterprise. Over the course of his career, he has built companies, led programmes, advised C-suite executives, and created platforms that open economic doors for people across Africa.
He is the founder of Syrex Data, a technology consultancy focused on AI and enterprise solutions; the creator of Vula IQ, a proprietary SaaS Workforce Skills Intelligence Platform built to bring accountability and analytics to Africa’s workforce development ecosystem; the co-founder and Head of Operations at Digital Skills Africa, one of Southern Africa’s most impactful digital empowerment organisations; and the founder of Kasi Krafts, a luxury marketplace for contemporary African art. Each venture reflects a different facet of the same conviction: that technology, opportunity, and culture are the levers that move communities forward.
His corporate background spans senior roles at NTT Data and Dimension Data, where he engaged Fortune 500 C-suite executives across the Middle East and Africa, led multi-country ERP deployments, and drove complex enterprise technology sales.
